Paddy is a Bichon Frise, who is the funniest, most loving little character we ever met! He brings us so much joy, so we thought we would share some of it with you! Imagine if your favourite Teddy Bear came alive and showered you with love - that's what it feels like to have a Bichon Frise in your life.
Here I am in the garden - it was a lovely evening, so Daddy decided to take some pics of me after he took some of the sunset. There's a new Dog next door, so there are some lovely new smells around for me to sniff. That's what I'm doing in this picture, but I've cleverly disguised it as a very Bichon-esque pose! Damn, I'm good!

Welcome to my Dog Blog! My name is Paddy, I am a 4 year old Bichon Frise . Some people mistake me for a Poodle, but that's probably because they haven't heard of a Bichon before; I know we look similar, but there are quite a few differences between us. I live with a lovely Mummy (that's her profile on the left) and Daddy in Porthleven, Cornwall where there are lots of huge beaches for me to blitz on, but I'm a bit scared of the huge waves; I'm very small, you see. As you can see, I'm quite a looker, but I'm also very high maintenance and need combing everyday and bathing & blow drying at least once a week. All Bichon Frises are very good companions and we are funny little dogs, who have BIG personalities and like lots of cuddles and kisses!
